Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:
Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule
Order Cutoff Time: 8:00 PM (Indian Standard Time)
Order Handling Time: 0-3 days (Monday –Saturday)
Transit Time: 6-20 days (time depends on location)
This service is unavailable on Sundays and Public Holidays in India.
International Customs and duties:
Customs and duties for international orders will be borne by the customer. It cannot be estimated by us before or after placing an order with us. Also, we cannot assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, it’s totally not under our control. Please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

We partner with ‘I think Logistics’ to ensure timely and safe delivery. All orders from Zyanya Craft House come with Distance and Weight-Based fix Shipping price.

Cost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
- Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
- Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If your package is officially lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
