Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Zyanya Craft House , we constantly endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible whenever you shop with us. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Zyanya Craft House website, www.zyanyacrafthouse.com. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
Easy Returns Within 30 Days
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the flexibility to return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Your satisfaction is what matters most to us.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and a logistic return label, making it convenient for you to send the product back to us.
Quality Assurance
We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that occasionally issues may arise. Due to screen resolution issues, there might be a minor (10%-12%) colour difference between the actual product and the pictures. Please do not ask for an exchange on this ground.
In case the product is damaged due to shipping, please reach out to us within 24 hours – 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will work closely with you to identify the best course of action, ensuring your concens are promptly addressed. we’ll take responsibility and issue a full refund upon your provision of a video demonstrating the damage found after unpacking.
Swift Refund Processing
To place a return/exchange request at Zyanya Craft House Upon approval of the request, our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS or call on the day of pick-up.
In case of failure of product pick-up, we make three attempts to pick up the product, and if the product is not picked up in the third attempt, the Pick-up request will be marked as failed.
If you wish to return the product to us, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and non-refundable. Please do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Zyanya Craft House will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Returns and exchanges are free of cost if and only if the customer receives the wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (other than the one ordered) or damaged products.
REFUND POLICY
Once a return request has been placed with our Customer Support Team, it usually takes 2-4 business days to have the product picked up from your place and another 5 days to initiate a refund after a successful product inspection by the quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check, which takes about 2 days.

For Prepaid Orders, the refund will be credited, equalling the amount of the product minus the shipping cost of to into the same payment mode using which the payment was made when placing the order.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at mail@zyanyacrafthouse.com within 24 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 7 PM (IST). We will accommodate your request without any hassle.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Zyanya Craft house and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation
